Yusman Yacob is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Cawangan Sarawak. He obtained a Bachelor Degree (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2001 and Corporate Master of Business Administration at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) in 2006. He has also completed his PhD in Business Management at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2019. Previously, he was a Director at the Research Centre, Institut Koperasi Malaysia before joining UiTM. He has been involved in research, attachment programs, publication and presenting papers internationally and locally. He is also actively involved in consultation work for the Sarawak Cooperative, research supervision and related matters in academics. He has been appointed as a Secretary of Sarawak Research Society since 2015. His research interests include organizational behaviour, consumer behaviour, leadership, cooperative management, service marketing and social science studies.
