Titing Kartika is a student of Doctor Management, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Completed her Bachelor degree majoring in English Education at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta Indonesia. Meanwhile, she received a scholarship program from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic Indonesia in the Dual Master Degree program for the Magister Management on Tourism Marketing, SAHID Jakarta and MBA of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Universiti Utara Malaysia. Apart from being a lecturer in STIEPAR YAPARI Bandung, she is very active in writing in the mass media to raise social, cultural and tourism issues. Currently she is a head of research development in STIEPAR YAPARI and editor-in-chief for Tourism Scientific Journal. Her research interests are Tourism Marketing, Sustainability, Community Based Tourism and rural tourism development.
