Sovannden’s higher education journey started with a Bachelor of TESOL from Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies at the same university. Sovannden continued to study for a Master in Education, which she studied at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
