Santi started her higher education from Diploma III of Manufacture Engineering at Bandung Polytechnic of Manufacturing (POLMAN Bandung), Indonesia. She then acquired her bachelor degree in industrial engineering from the Universitas Indonesia (UI), Indonesia and pursued her masters degree in Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia.

Santi’s research interests include entrepreneurship, sustainable entrepreneurship, micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) development, technology management and innovation.

She is the founder and director of Global Network Operation at Research Synergy Foundation. She is an executive director at PT, Lintas Cakra Pusaka. Director at Scholarvein, Gateway Advisor at F1000 Research (Taylor & Francis Group), Scientific Writing Paper Facilitator at the Research Synergy Institute (RSI). She is also the managing editor for International Journal of Research in STEM Education (IJRSE), International Journal of Entrepreneurship, Business and Creative Economy (IJEBCE) and International Journal of Creative Business and Management (IJCBM). She is also a scientific paper reviewer for Reviewer track.
