Harits is a graduate of the Department of Biology. His expertise is in ecology, and he has work experience in field surveys on the environment, especially in palm oil companies. He often conducts surveys of biodiversity, peat, and social. This has become a strong foundation for him to help the environment and society. He has also participated in the Bukit Baka Bukit Raya National Park as a practical work to monitor orangutans and make reports on the activities of the orangutans. He is currently studying for a master's degree in the Department of Conservation Biodiversity Tropical IPB University.
