Ani Wahyu Rahmawati graduated with bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung, Indonesia and a masters degree in science management from the School of Business and Management of institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.

She is the founder and director of Research Synergy Foundation and the director of Research Synergy institute. She is the managing editor to the journals IJMESH, IJTAESE, IJEIECE and TSDR. She is also the gateway advisor at F1000research (Scopus/PubMed Indexed) as well as a lecturer at the international women university Bandung Indonesia.

Her research interests include: leadership, organizational behavior and human resource management.
