The Executive Director of My Village (MVi) Organization and also Assistant Professor of Build Bright University.

He graduated with a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Cambodia and a master degree in Business Administration from Build Bright University and Master in Development Policy from the Graduate Institute of Geneva (Switzerland) and Bachelor Degree in Fishery Science.

His research interests are green business, development policy and natural resource management.
