William graduated from the National University of Malaysia with a bachelor degree in Nutrition. He is the business manager of Emerald Publishing, project manager and business intelligence for JHEV, LPPKN, JLM and LKIM, the business analysts of Asia Brands Berhad (Anakku, Audrey) and involved in Business Development of Ingram Micro Sdn Bhd. William is also the product manager of EP-TEC Solutions Sdn Bhd.

His research interests include: sustainability, climate change, big data and reporting.
