Noelah has served the academe for 8 years as faculty under the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management and Graduate School. Previously she was the Deputy Director of the Center for Research and Innovation and the Manager of the International Research Journal at Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas.

She was appointed as the Vice President-Internal Affairs for Tourism Educators and Movers of the Philippines- CALABARZON, she was also appointed as the Luzon Coordinator for the Private Sector for the Network of Professional Researchers and Educators and Conference Director for the LAYAG Tourism and Hospitality Research Conference. She finished Training Methodology I with National Competencies in Tourism Promotions, Travel Services, Front Office Operation, Tour Guiding Services, and Events Management.

She is an Associate Editor in the Consortia Academia Group of Journals and International Scholars Society of Research Activities, Scientific and Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board Member in the World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology. Since 2020, she has published more than 41 research with 36 citations (Google Scholar).

She is an active Thesis and Dissertation Adviser under LPU Batangas-Graduate School, She has handled 35 Masters and Ph.D. Students and 15 groups in the undergraduate program, most of her advisees have already presented at national and international research conferences and published their research in a refereed journal.
