Nikka is currently doing her MBA at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She obtained her bachelor degree in Banking and Finance at the same university.

She previously worked as a sales associate at the United Coconut Planters Bank and was also a level 1, 2 and 3 graduate at Douglas For Christ World Harvest Ministry, School of Leaders.

Her research interests include: sustainable marketing and consumer behavior.
