Khanh has a bachelor degree in International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Cesar Ritz University Center, Switzerland and an MBA in Hospitality in Management from the Queen Margaret University, UK.

She is a lecturer at the Tourism Faculty, Hoa Sen University, Vietnam. Previously she was also a lecturer at the Tourism Faculty, University Foreign Languages Information Technology. Her working experience include being an assistant food and beverage director at Grand Hotel Saigon, a customer service executive at Ninh Van Bay Holiday Club One Member Limited Company, management trainee at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, USA and an intern at Le Creux de Genthod, Geneva, Switzerland.

Her research interests include: hospitality, tourism, management and business.
