Janet is currently doing her PhD at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She did both her bachelor and master’s degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Northampton and Cardiff University, UK respectively.

Her research experience includes being the editor assistant for the Journal of Responsible Tourism Management and a reviewer for the 8th IGCESH 2020 Proceeding. She previously worked as an administration staff at the International Office of Shaoguan University, China and was an accountant at the Shenzhen Selen Science and Technology Co. Ltd, China.

Her research interests include: Chinese indigneous management, green entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility.
