Cham Tat Huei earned his PhD in Service Marketing from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. Previously he completed Master in Management Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and Master in Business Administration from INTI International Laureate University, Malaysia. For his bachelor degree, he had majored in Business Administration Entrepreneurship at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia.
