Nga adapted to a dynamic and innovative education from international programs in Australia, Malaysia, Belgium, the Czech Republic, USA majoring in Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant service, Business Administration, Economics, and TESOL. She has participated in business projects and international scientific research networks with articles published in SCOPUS journals. Currently, she is working and teaching in the hospitality and tourism industry for nearly 20 years as they are her favorite major research areas.
