Mumtaz is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the NUST Business School (NBS), National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, MBA in Human Resource Management, and MS in Human Resource Development. Currently, he is also the Managing Editor of the Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modeling, Editor-in-Chief of NUST Business Review, and the Guest Editor of several international journals, including the International Journal of Manpower, Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis, The Bottom Line, Journal of Internet Commerce, and Journal of Marketing Analytics. As an active researcher, Mumtaz has published in several international refereed journals and presented at several conferences locally and abroad. His research interests include green HRM, employee engagement, performance management systems and quantitative methods.
