Sareth currently works at the Department of Tourism, Royal University of Phnom Penh. She is also working in a private company in the Human Resources Department. She has been involved in some research projects in different organizations including the Ministry of Tourism in the Tourism Investment Department, and the Asian Vision Institute (AVI), and did the research when she graduated with her bachelor's degree.

Her work focuses on food security for people in the city during covid-19, tourism investment projects in Cambodia, and responsible tourism.
