Sotheara Kham graduated from the Department of Tourism, Royal University of Phnom Penh. Currently, she is working in the Department of Domestic Tourism and Public Awareness, Ministry of Tourism. She has been involved in multiple research projects focusing on tourism risk and crisis management, the impacts of COVID-19 on socio-economic and food security, and the impacts on informal and formal workers in micro, small & medium enterprises (MSMEs).
