Dyna is a legal officer at the Ministry of Justice. Prior to that, she worked at a law firm and a legal research institution in Phnom Penh. Moreover, she holds a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne in 2021 and a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2019.

Research interests: consumer protection on digital platforms, child protection in labor context , and human rights.
